Omg, today is sian de lol.
The first things was the badminton training.
Dk why, so tiring.
Like i almost can't breathe during the lessons.
I was like breaking in sweat.... cold sweat.....
My mum say I'm getting a flu.
Maybe if i do exercises while having a flu will have cardiac arrest.
Then must find someone help me do CPR.
I think even if they know also dun wanna help me do lol XD

During PE i cn so feel the pressure on my knees.

Ya, seriously, having a blog is certainly cool, can relieve my anger.
Haii, this few days a lot of things running through my mind.
Wanna scold this damn person on my blog.
But before anything, i got a few things to say.
I have flaws too just like anyone else but i'm not trying to make myself look like the almighty god or i got no attitude problems.
We all hate somebody, and scolding this XXX is also like my reflection i guess.
Hahax, like i scolding myself like tt.

XXX definitely got attitude problem, what the hell is growing in your brain, grass or slime?
You don't reflect on yourself after each incident, big or small, u put the blame upon others.
It's like u simply got no sportsmanship.
Don't act like a pampered princess, we don't roll on the floor or stamped our feet if we don't get what we want.
Majority wins.
Have you ever thought how u will ever feel if we do the same to you?
I know u are afraid of being alone, but i advise u to keep you last friend.
Know why?
Because people come to hate you after knowing your fucking attitude.
I know u are not naive like anyone of us.
And it's not like i got nothing to say, i just wanna save my saliva and try to avoid a conflict because i also know tt you are not someone i should mess with so why vreate trouble for myself?
U like to dominate over the others and what's with tt I AM THE LEADER attitude?

Two clouded leopards were born at the Smithsonian's National Zoo's Conservation & Reseach centre in Front Royal, Va. on March 24, 2009.Here, the 12-week-old cubs weigh from 5 to 7 pounds. The cubs play with stuffed animals and each other, and their level of interaction with their keepers continues to increase.

This dama gazelle calf was born at the Smithsonian's National Zoo on Nov. 2, 2008 weighing in at 10 pounds. This birth is very significant for the dama gazelle population as it is listed as critically endangered.

The Smithsonian's National Zoo now has a new baby giant elephant-shrew—also known as a sengi. The baby, here about 5 weeks old, is busily exploring the exhibit with its parents.

A female white-naped crane chick, hatched May 23, 2009 at the National Zoo's Conservation and Research Center, is being raised by its grandparents. The two-week-old female chick is an important hatchling to the species survival program.

Hahax, today go Ah Peng de house do project.
Nth much but quite fun...
Even though i almost go haywire.
Damn the computer la, dk y keep going crazy...
Driving me and Minn to our grave man, i almost vomit blood...
Hahax, we do project like damn slow?
A lot ppl finish liao i think, like left us?

Anyway ppl, i think our holiday got extended.
If i'm not wrong.

Its from my mum's badminton fren de son de principal.
He or She sent an email informing the parents abt the 1 week extension of holidays.
I think it applies to every school in Singapore.
Even though i not really sure abt it lah.
But be4 we get too happy, we actually have to make-up for it.
Maybe they'll give us sth like remedial or supplementary.
Not sure...

I when on a ONE-DAY TOUR today!!!

Hahax, we when to a vegetable farm n get to see the cotton plant.
Really cool...
Followed by a fish farm, me, sylves n my bro were happily feeding the kois.
They were really cute, suckling ur fingers.
Felt like little pinches.
After tt we gave some goats a visit, drank a bottle of goat milk.
The smell...
Very very smelly><
Lastly, we when to another vegetable farm to get some fresh n organic vegetable for dinner.
It was really cheap.
I get to see some lovebirds.
Abt 14 in a cage.
7 cpl sia, all in pairs, so lovey-dovey~
I liked the 2 in grey n blue.
Unlikely cpl but look very happy tgt.
The blue one very loud, cheery, the grey one very emo.
Hahax, their colour fits them well.
Wanted to have a pair too~
Anyway, i think i'm gonna die man, my skin... Ahhhhhhhhhh, so pain!!!
Nw my parents all don dare touch me liao, cos i'll be yelling.
Hahax, anyway, thx to the WWW, i've been in a sub-conscious mode since dk when.
Very tired...
I was having some vegetable jus nw, vegetable from the vegetable farm just nw. Very bitter... XP
Like those with a lot of pesticides.

Super scary sia...
Waited for the Tsunami!!!
Almost lost my specs there man, thx Ah Peng, Qian Yi n Jasmine for helping me to get it back.
Also, i got a conclusion...
I'll definitely die without a doubt if a tsunami hit S'pore cos i think i would drown man even if i know how to swim.

Oh ya, another thing.
My butt de flesh almost tio scraped off by the floor.
The wave was pushing, then i was sitting, OMG man.

When we were like going from place to place, the floor was simple baking hot.
Some sharp stones sia, cut my feet T.T
The scorching heat from the sun would definitely kill if we were not in the the water.
Lastly, i chao da liao, sunburn...
Played too much.

Then was like jumping when i was bathing, there's a prickling pain...

TODAY
Awww man, i woke up at abt 12 man, created a new record for sleeping abt 14hrs.
Judging from my skin, i see i'm definitely gonna peel my skin off in a few days time.
Anyway, i'm here to post one of my unhealthy diet again.
This time was not as bad as the last time.
Only lunch nis, but so full tt ended up not eating dinner, too full...

A banana on my left hand and an ice-cream on my right

Seriously, the ice-cream was so fking disgusting.

Yam, Strawberry, Banana, Durian - all "eeyer very disgusting" type

This holiday is so fking BORING!
Reaching my limit le, me and my mum keep hai-ing *sigh*.
Seriously, i also dk whether i should like holidays anot.
During sch days i kept complaing abt those tons of hw, holidays complaing abt nth 2 do...
LOL?!
Anyway, i today like eat n sleep lol.
Turning into a pig liao, the holiday jus started n i'm alreay putting on weight.

Breakfast:
Mutton curry with rice (I know it's weird to eat tt 4 breakfast)
2 Cups of ice milk tea
2 Cups of plain water
An apple
Some snacks

Lunch:
Fish Curry
1 Cup of Yoghurt
An orange

2hr nap... XD

Tea Break:
The whole packet of biscuits
Some chocolate & candies
Half tub of ice-cream(vanilla, strawberry, chocolate tgt^^)
2 Cups of plain water

Dinner:
A whole plate of rice
1 Cup of ice milk tea

Supper:
Sushi
A bowl of Herbal soup
Pepper porks rib
A warm cup of tea

Yahh baby, tt's wad i ate today, no doubt tt i'll be putting on some fats tt will be solitify if i seriously don't do some exercise.
Honestly, i'm so damn bloated nw, very full><

Hahax, a few words to all the gals tt wanna lose weight out there~

"Don't bother to go on diet la, it's very unhealthy. Just do some exercise. I repeat, is SOME exercise, don't jus go out and stroll for 10hrs then eat ur meals."
